Victoria Place runs from Lowther Street to
Warwick Road.
Along it's length are some very attractive buildings from a variety of periods
-
those at the Lowther Street end are of the 1830's and are mentioned by Pevsner.
To the east of Chatsworth Square are
some imposing red brick buildings of the
Edwardian period that were built at the same time as Howard
Place and are of the same style.
*Victoria Place is part of the A69 road to Newcastle upon Tyne.*
