Now the Glass House Restaurant, This was originally one of several water mills
powered by Stock Ghyll.
This one operated as a fuller mill, one of the processes used in the woolen
industry - fulling removed
unwanted oils and other contaminants from wool and cloths. The water wheel
can be seen here in its race.
